Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your Order ID and contact details to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check
Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached in their original packaging to be eligible for processing.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, our courier partner will arrive within 48-72 hours to collect the package from your doorstep at no extra cost.
Refund or Exchange
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will issue a store credit or dispatch your new exchange size within 5 business days.
